There is no application fee for making an FOI request.  Neither is there a fee for inspecting a record once access has been granted.  Fees may be charged for photocopies or to convert the information into a different format.

Where fees apply, photocopied information will be charged at a standard rate of $1.00 per page (black and white, any size) and $1.50 per page (colour, any size).  Compact discs will be $2.00 per disc.

If a fee applies, you will be advised of the amount and how it is calculated.  The requested information will be provided when payment is received by the Water Authority.
