I would like to add an additional item to the search request as it relates to R.C. Estates in the South Sound basin.  In accordance with Minutes CPA13/18 specific conditions (see extract) were attached to the quarry site R.C. ESTATES LTD. Block 21C Parcels 104 (FA80-0163) (P18-0404).

This site has mutated to sell off parcels for apartments, namely Bahia Block 21C Parcel 163 by Davenport and Prive 21C Parcel 164 by Baraud, with more expected.  In the approval of these two new developments there is no mention of conditions attached to the water quality of the lake.

As the Authority responsible we'd be grateful to understand what the current situation is in relation to management of the large body of water and any documents, licences and legal agreements that have been put in place to address the Authority requirements and overall public health and flood prevention and effects on the community and the environment.
