
Water Authority-Cayman has upgraded its Customer Portal to serve our customers better.
Through the new portal, customers can easily request services, view and pay their bill, schedule bill payments, manage tenant accounts, review consumption history and more.
The Customer Portal is also now available to tenants. Customers who sign up for the Customer Portal will have access to Water Authority's email notification system. This system provides essential updates from the Authority that fall under the following categories:
- Planned Works,
- Emergency Works,
- Customer Portal System Maintenance Work,
- Hurricane Notifications,
- National Emergency Updates,
- Holiday Greetings/Holiday Hours,
- Newsletter Updates,
- Customer Information Drive,
- Important one-off Customer Messages (eg, EAF increase, statutory fee introduction, demand issue updates, Customer Service Survey, etc).
