8:15 PM: Water Authority crews are working to repair a leak in central George Town. Customers on the following roads will experience an interruption of service for approximately 2 hours to facilitate the repair: Edward St and Fort St.

11:30 AM: Customers along Frenchman Drive will experience a temporary interruption of service for approximately 1-2 hours, as the Authority conducts works in the area. Roads impacted are: Frenchman Drive, Noel Drive, La Conte Drive and Bracken Close.

2:45 PM: Customers on La Conte Dr. & Bracken Close will experience a temporary service interruption for approximately the next 2-3 hours to facilitate a leak repair.

12:15 PM: Low water pressure in parts of George Town and Eastern Districts

UPDATE 2:25 PM: Normal water pressure has been restored.

12:15 PM: Water Authority is experiencing issues with our pump house equipment in North Side. Our team is working to rectify the problem. While these works occur, customers in the Eastern Districts and parts of George Town may experience low water pressure.

5:15 PM: Customers on Harvey Stevenson Drive will experience a temporary service interruption for approximately 4 hours to facilitate a leak repair

4:15 PM: Emergency Service Interruption on Shamrock Road

UPDATE 8:40 PM: Water service has been restored.
A crew is currently working to repair a leak on Shamrock Road. To facilitate this repair, customers between the junctions of Condor Road and Manse Road will experience a temporary service interruption while the work is ongoing on 7 March, 2024. Traffic management will be in place in the area from 4:15 PM for the duration of the repairs, which is expected to last for approximately 4 hours

UPDATE 6:10 PM: Water service has been restored.

5:30 PM: Customers on West Lane, off Pedro Castle Rd, will experience a temporary interruption of service from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM to facilitate a leak repair in the area.

UPDATE 12:30 PM: Customers in the Eatern Districts and as far west as Prospect experience service interruptions

UPDATE: 3:30 PM: Service has now been restored.

Please note that leak repair work is currently ongoing. To facilitate these repairs, Frank Sound Road will experience a service interruption between the intersections of Bodden Town Road and Mastic Road for approximately the next 3 hours.

Customers in this general area may also experience issues with their service while repairs are ongoing. Further updates will be provided.
