Water Authority – Cayman recently donated CI$2,000.00 in support of the National Council of Voluntary Organisations’ 37th Annual Radio/Telethon Fundraiser.

This popular event is the NCVO’s main fundraiser and the proceeds raised will go towards projects such as: the Nadine Andreas Residential Foster Home, Miss Nadine's Pre-school, the Jack & Jill Nursery, and the Caring Cousins Lunch Support Programme.

Water Authority Director, Dr. Gelia Frederick-van Genderen, said that the Authority was more than happy to support the important work the Council does.

“The Authority has a long history of supporting the NCVO and we know the funds donated today will directly benefit local children in need,” she said.

The Radio/Telethon will take place on Saturday, 22 October, from 7:00pm onwards at the Prospect Playhouse, and aired live on Cayman27 and Radio Cayman.
