Water Authority-Cyman would like to advise its valued customers that its Customer Service Office in Cayman Brac will close for the day on Friday, 8 May 2026, to facilitate its Customer Appreciation Event. The Customer Appreciation Event will take place at the Aston Rutty Civic Centre from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

The Cayman Brac Operations facility will be manned by essential staff. As such, there will only be emergency deliveries on Friday. Trucked water customers in Cayman Brac are encouraged to plan ahead and make trucked water order in advance.

The office will reopen with usual hours on Monday, 11 May 2026. The Authority apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the public’s understanding.
