Water Authority – Cayman wishes to advise the motoring public of emergency works to repair a mainline along Eastern Avenue from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, 24 March 2026.

To facilitate the works, a section of the eastbound lane of Eastern Avenue (in the vicinity of the Eastern Avenue/Godfrey Nixon Way intersection) will be temporarily closed. Eastbound traffic on Eastern Avenue will be diverted to Godfrey Nixon Way. Flagmen will be on site to guide traffic flow.

Motorists are strongly encouraged to drive with caution while in the area.

A water service interruption may be necessary to facilitate the repair. Customers should visit the Water Authority’s website www.waterauthority.ky for updates on service interruptions caused by the emergency works.
