The Water Authority of the Cayman Islands is proud to serve our customers, the Cayman Islands community and to protect the environment since 1981.
Our mission is to ensure that the entire population of the Cayman Islands has access to a pure, wholesome and affordable supply of potable water; and to regulate other entities licensed by the Government to provide public water supplies.
We are proud to be providing water and sewerage services to over 15,000 customers in the Grand Cayman districts of George Town, Bodden Town, East End, North Side and the Sister Island of Cayman Brac. Additionally, we carry out development control relating to water, wastewater and groundwater.
New Customer Relationship Billing System
The Water Authority now offers customers access to their account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This feature allows you to check your account balance, view your billing history and create online service requests at your convenience. You can also sign up for e-billing. In order to sign up for this new service, download the Online Access Form, fill it out and return it to our office.
