In celebration of 40 years of service to the people of the Cayman Islands, Water Authority – Cayman is hosting a Customer Appreciation Day as a recognition of and gratitude to its customers for their role in the Authority’s success. The event will take place on 31st May 2023, from 11am to 2pm at the Water Authority Headquarters.

During Customer Appreciation Day, customers can enjoy a variety of food, drinks, giveaways, raffles, and much more. Customer Service Representatives will also be available to assist with account and online billing setup, updating customer information, and highlighting the Authority’s newest service of phone call balance retrieval.

Dr Gelia Frederick-van Genderen, Water Authority Director, expressed her delight for the event, stating, “We are thrilled to celebrate our customers, as they have been an integral part of the Authority’s success. It has been several years since we hosted a Customer Appreciation Day, so it is exciting that we are able to do so in the coming weeks. We extend our sincere gratitude to all of our customers for their patronage over the last 40 years”.

The Authority invites the public to attend the Customer Appreciation Day event and join us in celebrating 40 years in supplying the world’s most popular drink to the people of the Cayman Islands.
