Water Authority – Cayman wishes to advise the motoring public and its customers of an emergency leak repair taking place in Savannah.
As part of the repair work, customers along the following road will experience a temporary interruption of water service until approximately 8:00 PM on Monday, 24 November:
This water service outage follows earlier isolated leak repair work in the area.
In addition to the temporary interruption of water service, traffic management efforts will be in place to facilitate the repair work. Traffic on both the west bound and east-bound lanes of Shamrock Road, in the vicinity of the Savannah Post Office/Countryside, will be reduced to one lane for the duration of the works. Motorists are encouraged to follow all traffic signs and drive with caution in the area for their safety and that of Water Authority staff.
If there are changes to the scope of the work or service interruption, the Water Authority will post updates on its website www.waterauthority.ky.
