Notice of System Downtime & Office Closure

Water Authority – Cayman’s offices in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac will be close to the public on Friday, 13 June. This closure is to facilitate a system upgrade. There will be no access to the Customer Portal from 4:00 PM on Thursday, 12 June to 9:00 AM on Monday, 16 June.

Customers may still make payments online via online banking, post office and via the Authority’s cheque dropbox. Additionally, trucked water deliveries in Cayman Brac will continue on Friday, and customers can call the office to place water orders, despite the closure.

Offices will re-open on Monday, 16 June, at 8:30 A.M. Disconnections have been moved to Tuesday, 17 June so that customers can make payments in the office on Monday without imposition of service disconnection.

The Water Authority appreciates the patience and understanding of its valued customers as it upgrades its systems to serve you better and apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
