Water service has been fully restored along North Sound Road, Thomas Russell Avenue, Huldah Avenue and Smith Road, up to the Health Services Authority. Customers in these areas can open their shut-off valve and should monitor movement of their meter to ensure there are no leaks. As after-shocks continue further disruptions may be possible.
