In accordance with the “Shelter-In-Place” order, Water Authority’s offices remain close, and the Authority continues to focus on providing essential services.

To further assist customers facing financial hardship during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Water Authority-Cayman will waive penalty fees for April 2020. This is in addition to the COVID-19 Payment Deferral Policy developed by the Authority, to assist persons who may be temporarily out of a job due to the pandemic. If you have been impacted, please contact the Water Authority about the deferral policy via email info@waterauthority.ky.

Customers who would like to assist their elderly relatives in accessing bill balances and making payments, can and are encouraged to do so. It is important, however, to ensure you have power of attorney or are listed as an “authorised person” on your relative’s account. Without this, the Authority’s Customer Service Team cannot provide account information as per the Customer Confidentially Policy, which is in compliance with the Data Protection Law.  For guidance on becoming an authorised person, email info@waterauthority.ky.

The Water Authority Customer Service is processing a large volume of emails. If you have contacted the team via email and have not from us yet, please be patient. The team is working hard to respond and process each email and will be in touch. There is no need to send additional emails. Thank you for your understanding.
