Water Authority – Cayman ’s Cayman Brac headquarters was the target of a break-in over the Remembrance Day long weekend.

Deputy Director Tom van Zanten said that the Authority’s Brac office remained closed on Tuesday, 14 November, to facilitate the police investigation.

“The Authority apologises for any inconvenience the emergency closure of our Brac office may have had on our customers,” Mr. van Zanten said. “Our offices were able to resume customer service transactions on Tuesday afternoon.”

The Authority’s Brac office reopened for business as usual on Wednesday, 15 November.
