Water Authority – Cayman is pleased to announced that it will commence work on Monday, Thursday, 7 August, to upgrade the existing water main serving customers on Prospect Point Road. These works are essential to improving water service to customers in the area.

This project is expected to take between 6 - 8 weeks to complete. The Authority will keep affected customers and the general public updated on the status of the upgrade.

Pipelaying works will take place from 7:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. For safety purposes, trenches will be backfilled at the end of each working day.

Should these works necessitate any water service interruptions, the Authority will notify affected customers 3 working days in advance of the planned service interruption via hand-delivered notices.

Traffic signs will be posted in the general vicinity of the work area and all motorists are asked to drive with caution to ensure their own safety as well as that of the Water Authority staff.

The Water Authority appreciates the patience and understanding of its valuable customers as it upgrades its water infrastructure to better serve you, and apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
