Payment Options

There are various ways for you to pay your water or sewer bills. Payments can be mailed, hand delivered, placed in the “drop box” at the Water Authority premises, paid at one of the local banks or paid at any Post Office on Grand Cayman, East End to Seven Mile Beach.

Non Receipt of a bill does not constitute a release from liability for payment.

If payment is being made at a participating bank, please ensure that payment is made 3 working days prior to the due date. Processing of any payments made after such date cannot be guaranteed; therefore a late penalty may be incurred.

Please note that payment is considered as having been made on receipt by the Water Authority-Cayman and not at the time of mailing.

If you are not receiving your bill please contact our Customer Service Manager.

If paying by cheque, please ensure that all cheques are made payable to the Water Authority– Cayman. Receipts are not normally issued for payments made by cheque through the mail. A fee of $25.00 is charged for all returned cheques.

If you know that you are not going to be able to pay the entire bill on time, please contact us before the due date.
