To apply for sewerage service, complete this application form and submit with the applicable fees to the Water Authority and one of our Customer Service representatives will help you get connected
Applications for sewerage service can only be accepted from the registered land owner. You will be required to submit additional documents with your application and those will vary depending if the applicant is an individual or a company.
All documents should be in their original form, of which the Customer Service representative will take a copy.
Documents required by an Individual
- Duly completed application form
- Identification (passport/driver’s license etc.)
- Land registry (less than 6 months old)
Documents required by a Company
- Duly completed application form
- Identification for each signing authority (passport/driver’s license etc.)
- Land registry (less than 6 months old)
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Power of Attorney/Corporate Resolution
- Personal Guarantee from signing authority
Please ensure that your street address is correctly stated on your application, i.e. house # and correct street name. This will ensure that we can easily locate your house for connection and for future service and/or in the case of an emergency.
If a connection previously existed at the location and service is now being applied for, a reconnection fee of $25.00 will be charged as well as the applicable deposit.
